How vs What
To achieve more you have to do, consume and work more, right?
I beg to differ.
Reading 100 books per year sounds awesome. But switching between a different idea every 3 days has no benefit. Stick with one, aim for the long run.
Sleeping less to achieve more sounds like an inspirational story. However, more sleep makes you more productive, alert and healthier. An hour “lost” with sleep today is an hour gained tomorrow.
What you do is much more important than how much you do.
That’s not lazy. It’s productive.
