Medical school is hard, but it’s easier if you do other things
You might think I’m crazy, but medical school is the last chance to try, learn and do other things. You still have all the time in the world. Why?
- More skills, a higher chance of success. And you’ll be able to approach and think about medicine from a different perspective.
- Having something to take your mind off it is one of the best things I’ve experienced. Whatever that may be.
- Grades are not everything. It’s more valuable to do research, business, be a creator or an athlete than having impeccable grades.
- Parkinson’s law will be on your side.
My recommendation? Start by building a website/portfolio and take it from there.
Make use of the time you still have.
