Sleep, Exercise and Take a Break

Sleeping, exercising and taking a break are time savers, not time spenders.

Sleeping 7-9 hours a day is the basis of everything. If we don’t get a full night of sleep, we can’t work, study, exercise or eat properly. If we do, we become much more efficient, focused, remember more and feel better.

Taking 1 hour from your day to exercise (and interrupt sitting) is more beneficial than grades (or anything else) in the long run. Start with the core, pushups and running and build from that.

Breaks are essential to take our mind off of our work and spend time on developing ourselves. Schedule breaks in advance to read, write or meditate. Take care of yourself.

Practising these 3 things will save you time and health in the long run.
